St Patrick’s Day: Our Favorite Irish Dishes
Location: 123 N. College Ave, Suite 130
Date: Saturday, March 17, 2018
Time: 6PM – 9PM
Enjoy some of your favorite Irish dishes this year at The Cooking Studio Fort Collins. They will be hosting a class, showing you how to make simple and unique Irish dishes.
The classes are very hands on so you will want to be prepared to cook and eat. Thirty minutes of time is dedicated to menu discussion at the start of the class. Afterwards, you will be moved into assignment for some real hands-on cooking.
Classes are typically between 3 and 4 hours long. Depending on the menu, however, some classes can be shorter or longer. At the end of the class, you will share your meal that you have created with your fellow students, the Chef and kitchen assistants. After sharing your meal, you can leave and don’t have to worry about cleaning up as the kitchen assistants do the clean-up.
Do not worry about bringing your own equipment. The Cooking Studio provides all equipment, including aprons, knives, food, herbs and spices. They also provide handouts that include the menu, recipes and tips. As you will be on your feet the majority of the class, make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
You must be at least 16 years old to enter the class. You can contact Trish O’Neil if you have any questions.
